Greener Grooming

I will never take my dogs anywhere else!!!

Dina and Naomi are the two groomers at this shop. They were previously located at Polly's Pet Store, but have recently opened their own location - Greener Grooming. I have always been impressed with their work. When I learned they were no longer working through Polly's Pet Shop, I was completely distraught. My oldest dog, Beaux, is extremely temperamental. Dina and Naomi are the only people he has ever let groom him. He actually gets excited when I say, “Beaux, you wanna go see Dina!” I almost put a posting on craigslist.com stating "WANTED: Groomer named Dina who was previously located at Polly's Pet Store." I've been taking my two cocker spaniels (and occasionally my cat) to Dina and Naomi for the past 8 years, and I will NEVER take them anywhere else. I've asked them for everything from trimming around my dogs' tummies (since they are boys) and paws (aka - dust mops) to letting their feathers grow out just a bit (so they don't look like rats), and they've always been more than accommodating. I’ve even brought in prescribed shampoo for my dogs when they were having issues with skin allergies! No problem. Greener Grooming is the most brilliant, animal loving facility, and my dogs always come back with exceptional cuts! I’ve only taken one of my dogs to be groomed at PetsMart. That was the first and last time I went somewhere else. I picked up my dog - only to find that his paw pad had been severely sliced. They didn’t tell me about his injury; I saw him licking his paw. He ended up having to get stitches, and PetsMart expected me to pay full price for the grooming since they paid for his stitches! Just FYI… Sometimes they fill up fast, so make sure you call ahead to schedule your pet's grooming. Sincerely, Kate (with Beaux and Chance)
